Who we are

What we collect through the contact form

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you submit, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Organization name and type
• Country
• Funding goal
• Preferred consultation type
• Your consent to this processing

We also use hidden anti-spam fields (a honeypot and a timing check). Those values are not used for marketing.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, schedule consultations when relevant, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

Email delivery (Brevo)

Form messages are sent with Brevo as our email processor. That means Brevo receives the content of your enquiry so we can email our team and send you a confirmation. See Brevo’s own privacy information for how they process data as a service provider.

Hosting and analytics (Cloudflare)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data (such as IP address and basic request metadata) to deliver and secure the site.

If enabled, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and cookieless. It does not rely on client-side cookies for measurement.

Booking (Cal.com)

If you book a consultation, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide on their embed or booking page. That processing is subject to Cal.com’s terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or archive them according to our internal retention practice.

Your rights (including GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
