Mariam Ndiaye is the Owner and President, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in grants management, finance, and accounting across the United States and Africa. Bilingual in English and French, she helps nonprofits and businesses identify and pursue grant opportunities from U.S. and international donors, including foundations, government agencies, corporate giving programs, and development institutions. Her approach focuses on matching each client's mission, goals, and eligibility with suitable funding opportunities.

As the principal consultant, Mariam works directly with clients throughout the funding process—from researching donors and strengthening grant readiness to developing compelling proposals, preparing realistic budgets, and organizing application requirements. Her support extends beyond the application to help clients meet donor requirements, manage awarded funds responsibly, and demonstrate results. She provides personalized guidance to help organizations build stronger applications and lasting relationships with funders.
